Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

To cancel, go to "My Orders" → Cancel Order or contact support at: admin@casashop.in

Refunds:

Refunds are processed only for:

• Canceled orders before shipping
• Returned products (if eligible)
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Refund Timeline:

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days.

It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Returns initiated after the return window
• Products damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
• Final sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Returns and Replacements:

Products can be returned/replaced if they are:

• Damaged
• Incorrect
• Not as described

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
